We cannot offer refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule your game, please call or email us. In the event of a cancellation, we can offer vouchers equal to the amount of tickets paid for or reschedule your booking for a future date. If you are unsure about your booking, give us a call, and we can reserve your game without payment up front. 

When you book with us, the room is always private no matter how many people are in your party. You do not need to book all slots available to ensure your room is private. If you need to add/subtract tickets after booking, please give us a call. 

While our rooms have no age requirements, we find that children four and under are not tall enough to interact with our games.  If you plan on bringing a child four or under, please call prior to booking. 

We ask that for the safety of our players and rooms, every group has at least one player, in the game room, who is over 18.  

We do not allow groups of unaccompanied minors. 

If you or a player in your party have a military or college/student ID, you can receive a discount on your purchase. Please give us a call or email us prior to booking so we can apply that discount to your appointment. Please bring in the respective ID to receive your discount. We also post discount codes on our social media.
